The following are pictures of the California Beach house by the designer Ron Mann. I love the rough exterior walls, gravel on the ground, and how he just used a few large rocks and self-sustaining xeriscape plants in the yard - even though I usually prefer lush and wild yards. Everything is low-maintenance, if not no-maintenance, and great looking.
